Beginning a working relationship

We specialize in custom designed projects.  We begin with exploratory conversations with prospective clients to determine scope and potential fit between their needs and our services.  We typically submit a detailed proposal covering project objectives, deliverables, timetables and costs.  There is no charge for the initial proposal.

Work may be bid on a per-diem, or per project basis. When mutually acceptable terms are negotiated, a letter of acceptance is customary, and a portion of the fee may be requested.  Work progress is reviewed on an ongoing basis, with mutual options for project renegotiation.
